Need it Again Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, an exchange or store credit.  Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 


To return an item:  Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return number you are provided at time of request, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges for reasons other than defect or issues that are out of your control.  Any promotions or promotion items must be returned with the order or will be reduced from final credit, including any free shipping charges to ship the original order. 

We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return. You may also contact us for a prepaid shipping label.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, exchange or store credit. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or store credit.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
