RETURNS
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item: Simply click this RETURN button to submit the request and print a Shipping Label. Shipping label for return will be free for you if Hassle Free Returns Coverage was purchased, if no Returns coverage purchased then a discounted label will be available for you to purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, without Hassle Free Return Coverage you will be responsible for all return shipping charges for reasons other than defect or issues that are out of our control. Any promotions or promotion items must be returned with the order or will be reduced from final credit, including any free shipping charges to ship the original order.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, exchange or store credit. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or store credit. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
