GRINDER PLATE #52 - 3/8 HOLE W/ 2 FLAT EDGES

Replacement #52 grinder plate, fits most size #52 grinders. Reversible, with 2 flat edges (Cleveland Style). The plate has 3/8" holes and 2 edges that are cut flat, if laying on a table the sides are cut flat. The 3/8" size hole is typically used for first grind chili.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET

Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
