Replacement #32 grinder plate, fits most size #32 grinders. The plate has 3/8" (9.53 mm) holes, 3/8" is a great size for initial grinds, sausages and snack sticks. It's typically used for first grind hamburger.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET

Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
