Grinder Plate, Toledo Style, #22 with Kidney Holes and 1 Flat Edge

Replacement #22 grinder plate, reversible, fFits most size #22 grinders. The plate has kidney holes and 1 edge that is cut flat, if laying on a table the side is cut flat. Kidney size hole is typically used for first grind chunks.

IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET

Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
