Slicer Knife Fitting Hobart Slicers HSN, 3000N Series -Hard Chrome- Replaces 914753-002

Replacement slicer knife for "N" series slicers. This blade is considered "non-removable" by Hobart, but it mounts conventionally on the knife hub assembly with four phillips, flat head, 10-32 x 1/2 screws.
